These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of monumentalheartmedia.net (the "site"), operated by Monumental Heart Media ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Requests and quotes

Submitting the request form does not book a shoot or create a contract. It lets us contact you to confirm details, availability and price. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree on the date, services and price.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Package prices apply to homes up to 3,000 square feet; larger properties may require custom pricing. A trip fee of $75 to $100 applies to locations more than 24 miles from Midtown Phoenix, depending on distance. Your confirmed quote controls if it differs from the site.

Scheduling and conditions

Twilight, drone and outdoor work depend on weather, light and airspace rules, so we may need to reschedule some services. Specific terms for each shoot, such as payment, rescheduling and how you may use the finished photos and videos, are provided when you book.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your request, such as scheduling and appointment updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our content

The photos, videos, text, logo and other content on the site are owned by Monumental Heart Media or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view the site for your own use, but you may not copy, download, republish or use its content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. For example, do not submit false information, send spam, try to break or overload the site, or use automated tools to collect its content.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Example photos show past work and are not a promise of specific results for any property or listing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Monumental Heart Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
