This Privacy Policy explains how Monumental Heart Media ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit monumentalheartmedia.net (the "site") or request a quote for real estate photography, video, drone, or 3D tour services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our request form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the property address or city, the service you are interested in, the home size, and anything else you choose to share, such as your brokerage, a preferred shoot date or notes about the listing.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. If you arrive from an online ad, we may receive the ad click identifier (for example, a Google click ID) and campaign details so we can tell which ads lead to requests.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare your quote and schedule your shoot.
- To contact you by phone, email or, if you agree, text message about your request.
- To provide and deliver the services you book.
- To measure and improve our advertising and the site.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.

Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may send you texts about your request, such as scheduling and appointment updates. Message frequency varies. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for.

- Service providers who work on our behalf, including our marketing agency, Ad Force Alpha, which manages our advertising and receives and stores form submissions for us; Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection, including Cloudflare Turnstile); Resend (email notifications); Twilio (text message notifications); and Google (advertising and ad measurement). These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, as part of that transaction.
Cookies and advertising
The site and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, block spam and measure how our ads perform. We use Google Ads, which may use cookies to measure conversions and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
